Jason Denayer and Romelu Lukaku – Although Denayer has not played for Man City yet, the 21-year-old has gained quite a lot of experience elsewhere and is reportedly being tracked by Wenger. He spent time on loan at Celtic during the 2014/15 season and won the Scottish League Cup and Premiership alongside Virgil van Dijk. He then spent the following campaign at Galatasaray where he played Champions League football and then finished the season with a Turkish Cup win against rivals Fenerbahce. In addition he played for Belgium at Euro 2016, though was turned by Hal Robson-Kanu against Wales. It will be tougher to land Lukaku given Everton will demand a high fee for the striker and with new money coming in they do not need to sell given they have billionaire Farhad Moshiri as a major investor. 6 Shkodran Mustafi and Alexandre Lacazette – scroll through to see more defenders and forwards to finally propel Arsenal to title glory – With Per [Mertesacker] being out, we are a bit short on the experience front and we are looking to bring somebody in, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said. He was discussing the extent of the defenders injury which is likely to keep him out for a number of months and the boss also explained hed be looking to bring in another forward. So with a decent spine already containing the likes of Petr Cech, Granit Xhaka and Mesut Ozil would additions at the back and at the front finally push them over that title line? Mustafi and Lacazette are two possibilities, with Arsenal reportedly opening talks with Valencia to sign Mustafi, while the club are said to have already had a bid of around £30m rejected by Lyon for goal machine Lacazette. Jeison Murillo and Jese Rodriguez – Murillo has only been at Inter since 2015, but has formed a solid understanding with Miranda in defence. The 24-year-old was named in the Team of the Tournament at the 2015 Copa America where he starred for Colombia and was also crowned the best young player. After a good season at Inter he has put himself in the shop window and has been non-committal on his future. Over at Real Madrid, Zinedine Zidane has hinted versatile 23-year-old Jese Rodriguez could be sold. He plays across the front three and on his profile on the Real Madrid website claims: His ability to go past opponents and his determination to do so are a major problem for opposition defenders. 6 6 Arsenal are without defender Per Mertesacker for the next few months and manager Arsene Wenger said he is looking to add experience to his back line.In addition the boss also revealed he is hopeful of bringing another forward in.Last season Leicester won the Premier League with a strong spine at the back and through the middle once Robert Huth and N’Golo Kante were bought and up front Jamie Vardy was already in place.Arsenal have Petr Cech behind the defence, have added Granit Xhaka and have Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez supplying the front line. So with an additional defender and another goal scorer, will this be enough to push them over the line and win a first title since 2004?Scroll through to see suggested players and let us know who you think would provide Arsenal with a good chance of winning the Premier League. Fabian Schar and Mario Mandzukic – Schar is another player under consideration. He only joined Hoffenheim last season after being linked with the Gunners while playing for Basel and is apparently back on the radar where hed link up with Switzerland team-mate Granit Xhaka. Additionally, if Juventus are offered a good price for 30-year-old striker Mandzukic then he could leave. A player of his standard is unlikely to be happy playing second fiddle, which he will now Gonzalo Higuain has joined. 6 Thomas Vermaelen and Riyad Mahrez – Vermaelen is out of favour at Barcelona and is likely to leave. The 30-year-old is a man of considerable experience and played for the club between 2009 and 2014, while rumours linking Arsenal with Leicester whizz Mahrez refuse to go away. His 17 Premier League goals and 11 assists were crucial to the Foxes winning the league last season. A fee in excess of £30m has been mentioned. 6 6 Kostas Manolas and Wissam Ben Yedder – Manolas has been tracked by some big clubs in Europe, but Roma will make it difficult for anyone to sign him. The 25-year-old has been with the club since 2014 and Arsenal would face a battle with others to sign the player, just like they would with Napolis Kalidou Koulibaly. Ben Yedder might be slightly easier to sign, though the move would be a gamble coming from Frances Ligue 1 where he scored 17 times last season. He has consistently high numbers in terms of goals over the last few seasons and would reportedly cost £8m.
